What Can I Expect on the Call?
The main purpose of the Strategy and Assessment call is to give you strategic insight. We’ll start by gaining an understanding of where you are in your entrepreneurial journey, what challenges you’re facing, and what your ideal practice looks like.
After about 20 minutes, your practice advisor will tell you the top 2-3 steps they’d take if they were you, based on our experience growing and helping others to grow multi-million-dollar, lifestyle-friendly health businesses.
Once we get to know one another a bit, it’ll be clear whether we should part ways or continue our exploration. The next step would be to create a vision for your practice and arrange a second call to go deeper into the methods and models you can use to actualize it.
