Always a doctor at heart, Charles understands the challenges that practitioners face more than anyone. Charles discovered a practice model that allowed him to spend more 1-on-1 time with fewer patients, create better health outcomes, and enjoy lucrative profits while working only 4 days a week.
Word spread quickly about this new model, and soon doctors from all backgrounds were contacting him for help. Dr. Webb took this as a sign that there was a bigger mission waiting for him, where he could help doctors to finally build their dream practices. When he founded FPC in 2012, he transitioned from helping patients 1-on-1 to helping doctors become more impactful and profitable through their practices.
John has over 25 years of executive experience in early-stage, high-growth companies focused on healthcare, media, and technology. John has served on several Directory and Advisory Boards including Gaia Herbs, Smooth Motion Media Group, CNF Enterprises, and Clearview Partners.
Mr. Linton’s career portfolio includes the operation of companies from early-stage start-ups to those exceeding as much as $70M in annual revenue. Additionally, John has been responsible for investments and acquisitions in excess of $250M across multiple business segments including technology, data security, renewable energy, media, consumer products, and healthcare.
Seth has been a business leader and innovator in the Functional Medicine space since 2013, including leading a 7-figure practice to a successful exit, being published for his team’s work in reversing cognitive decline, and creating the first venture-funded startup in the Alzheimer’s space, which took a functional approach to health improvement and disease process reversal.
Prior to his time in Functional Medicine, Mr. Conger worked for the largest global event marketing company, creating and supporting major campaigns for multinational brands. Seth joined Freedom Practice Coaching in 2020 and has since co-founded two additional companies to support and expand upon the large practitioner network Freedom Practice Coaching has developed over the past decade.
Trevor inspires health practitioners and entrepreneurs to reach higher and achieve big goals. Through teaching business and personal development skills, he seeks to be a catalyst for transformation for each client. Trevor received a doctorate in chiropractic, founded the Inspire Wellness Center in Austin, and wrote the best-selling book, “The Hidden Hormone Solution”.
As the head of service, Trevor coordinates the efforts of the entire service team to make sure that clients have all the support they need to be successful. Trevor enjoys traveling the world with his wife, going on adventures with his 3 kids, and playing guitar.
Brooke honed her diverse skillset in multiple capacities in both Fortune 500 and small business, including her own. With an intense passion for start-ups and helping businesses grow and evolve, her skillset spans various capacities, including business development, software development, product development, and operations. Continuous Improvement and steadily moving the dial toward a common vision while balancing the necessity to make sound decisions that support future scalability and growth are paramount. She is passionate about operational flow, data, and takes pride in fostering an environment that supports both internal and external customers to achieve their desired results.
Luke helps health practitioners become the best version of themselves so they can live the life that they want. He influences others to unlock their power and become disciplined in all areas of life from business, relationships, personal growth, health, and beyond.
Luke first encountered FPC’s impact firsthand as a core team member at a wellness center that was coached by FPC in 2015. Luke transitioned to FPC soon after and has grown through the ranks after personally coaching hundreds of practitioners, team members and businesses. Luke has seen every challenge in the health business space and knows how to lead business owners from where they are to where they want to be.
Mindi has been an integral part of FPC since the very beginning. As the “better half” of Founder Charles Webb and also the Office Manager of his private practice, she has experienced, perhaps more than anyone, the profound freedom in creating a practice model and team culture that truly empowers doctors, teams, and patients.
Over the past decade, she has dedicated herself to helping practitioners and their teams thrive in business and in life. Now, as a Director and Team Specialist, she supports and guides practitioners and their teams in implementing a better model, building practices they love, and reaching massive goals.
